WHO IS MERIDIAN
PROPERTY SERVICES?

Meridian Property Services, Inc. was created in 1992 by Paul Van Cleve. It
is currently owned and operated by Paul and his wife, Martha Van Cleve.
Although Meridian has grown to approximately 130 employees, it continues to
be managed with a "hands-on" approach. All clients have direct access to the
owners to resolve any problems or for any assistance necessary. There is no
bureaucracy interfering with providing service or solving problems.

Meridian specializes in customizing its services to the needs of its
clients. It provides ongoing, comprehensive property management services to
some owners. To others, it provides periodic or occasional services of a
limited scope, such as managing the tenant fit-out of office space, or
modifications to an electrical system.

Meridian
provides management services for urban and suburban commercial
properties, large and small. It manages suburban office parks, urban office buildings of up to 350,000 square feet,
medical facilities, retail properties, and parking garages.

KEY PERSONEL BIOGRAPHIES:

MARTHA VAN CLEVE,
President,
joined Meridian’s management team in 2003 after eighteen
years of real estate finance experience. She was a manager and lending officer
in the commercial real estate departments of various banks, including Fleet,
PNC, and Chemical Bank. Most recently, she was a Senior Credit Officer at Fleet
Bank, managing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans totaling over $1
billion. She has an MBA from George Washington University, and a BA from the
University of Rochester. She served as an officer in the Navy for five years.
She is a former Board Member of The Reinvestment Fund and member of Commercial
Real Estate Women (CREW)-Philadelphia.

PAUL VAN CLEVE, RPA,
is the founder and Chief Operating Officer of Meridian. He
has 23 years of real estate experience, with a concentration in the management
of office and industrial property. He has been responsible for managing office
buildings of up to a million square feet, as well as various types of
industrial, retail, medical, parking, and special use properties. He is a
licensed broker in the state of NJ, and holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA)
designation. Prior to founding Meridian in 1992, he was employed by Carodan
Corporation, Rouse & Associates, the Kevin F. Donohoe Company, and
Jackson-Cross. He formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Building
Owners and Managers Association of Philadelphia, and continues to be a BOMA
member. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1979, and served as Naval
Officer for six years.

LINWOOD ("Woody") WISMER,
Project Manager, has over 20 years’ experience in property
management and maintenance, and has specialized in the installation and
maintenance of HVAC systems and other building systems and services. He has been
with Meridian since its inception in 1992. He oversees the management of a
number of commercial properties for Meridian, for various public and private
clients. Prior to entering the property management field, he marketed and
designed residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
for R.P.M. Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. He previously had founded his own
company, which installed HVAC systems for residential and commercial buildings.
He is also a Navy veteran.

VINCENT ALTIMARI,
Project Manager, has been involved in managing buildings and building systems
for approximately 18 years. Mr. Altimari is responsible for the oversight of
several large government facilities managed by Meridian totaling over 600,000
square feet. He joined Meridian in 2007 after having served as the Director of
Plant Operations for a 650,000 square foot hospital facility. He had previously
been the Director of Maintenance for a 265,000 square foot senior residential
facility. He is a veteran of the U.S. Marines.

MICHAEL THOMPSON,
Project Manager, joined Meridian in 2004.
He oversees the management of various Meridian properties, including a high
rise graduate student housing complex, two medical office facilities and
three multi-tenanted commercial office buildings. He has previous experience
in sales and personnel recruitment. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s
University.

JOSEPH PAPP,
Electrical Division Manager, has over 30 years’ experience
in electrical contracting. He has responsibility for overseeing the electrical
contracting work performed by Meridian, including supervising a staff of
electricians. He joined Meridian in 2007 after having served as the General
Foreman and Senior Project Manager for an electrical contracting company for 26
years. Mr. Papp has served as an instructor for electrician apprentices at a
Department of Labor recognized training facility. He is an accredited
representative for Meridian in the National Electrical Contractors Association.
He has also served as a committee member for the Robert Wood Johnson charitable
foundation.

OTILIA CHIOREAN,
Controller, has been Meridian’s Controller since 2005. She is responsible for
Meridian’s financial accounting and reporting, as well as its human resources
functions. In addition to providing the oversight for the financial activities of
Meridian, she has responsibility for budgeting and analysis of the income and
expenses of numerous properties owned by private clients. Ms. Chiorean has 16
years’ experience in accounting, with previous experience as a computer
programmer. She has a Masters in Economics from the Economic Studies University
in Bucharest, Romania.
