Who is Meridian Services? Meridian Property Services, Inc. was created in 1992 by Paul Van Cleve. It is currently owned and operated by Paul and his wife, Martha Van Cleve. Although Meridian has grown to approximately 130 employees, it continues to be managed with a "hands-on" approach. All clients have direct access to the owners to resolve any problems or for any assistance necessary. There is no "bureaucracy" interfering with providing service or solving problems. Meridian specializes in customizing its services to the needs of its clients. We provide ongoing, comprehensive property management services to some owners. To others, we provide periodic or occasional services of a limited scope, such as managing the tenant fit-out of office space, or semi-annual window washing. Meridian provides management services for urban and and suburban commercial properties, large and small. We manage the seven building Technology Centre of NJ office park, urban office buildings of up to 350,000 square feet, medical facilities, retail properties, and parking garages. We understand that property management is a "people business". Our employees understand the importance of satisfying both a building's owners and it's tenants. Meridian Property Services, Inc. is a New Jersey registered Small Business Enterprise (SBE). The registration number is 22315788400.
