Meridian Services At a Glance

Meridian Property Services is a privately held property and facilities management and construction company, which provides a range of services to building owners and tenants. Its services include full service and limited scope property and facilities management, building maintenance, solar power (photovoltaic) system installations, electrical services, construction alterations and additions, and janitorial services. It serves New Jersey and the mid- Atlantic region.

ELECTRICAL AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Meridian is a NJ licensed electrical contractor. The Electrical Division is headed by Joe Cerankowski, who has over 30 years’ experience in electrical contracting. He has supervised projects of the types shown below, of up to $25 million in size.

The Electrical Division provides services for the following:

  • Privately owned commercial office, retail and industrial facilities
  • Institutional properties (schools, hospitals, health care facilities)

CONSTRUCTION

Meridian also provides interior construction services (alterations and additions). It specializes in tenant fit-outs and retrofits of commercial properties, particularly office space. It has completed multi-million dollar interior construction projects for various public and private owners of commercial property, including the State of New Jersey, Commerce Center at Princeton, LLC, and BVC I Associates, LLC.
